Team registration is officially open! In order to allow for match times that make it worth your while, the tournament will be capped at six teams in total, with the possibility of expanding to twelve teams as we assess adding a women’s division (IGR + women’s sides).

fees & Deadline
The team registration fee is $500 for 25 players and one supporter. Team registration will close on April 1, 2026. We encourage you to register early to secure your place in the tournament, as space is limited. If you wish to register as an individual player, please email us directly.
what’s included
Your registration directly supports the tournament and helps cover essential costs such as certified referees, athletic trainers, field rentals, and lunch for all players and volunteers. Each registered player will also receive a tournament t-shirt, included as part of registration.
Finally, it wouldn't be a rugby weekend without a great party! The Pride Cup organizers will host a welcome party on Friday evening (5:00 PM to 7:00 PM) for registration and meet & greet. Food will be catered by Sonny’s BBQ. All Pride Cup athletes will have free admission to the Jock's and Jill's Pool Party on Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Guests at the Hyatt Place will receive two weekend pool party passes included with each room, granting access to the One Magical Weekend Therapy Pool Party on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and also the Bear Jamboree Pool Parties at the Crowne Plaza. All registered players will have access to a discount code for additional tickets to One Magical Weekend, Bear Jamboree, and Girls in Wonderland.
