The Hyatt Place Lake Buena Vista is this year's official host hotel for the Pride Cup. Hotel guests are offered a complimentary breakfast buffet daily from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM. While complimentary, limited overnight parking is available for guests with a vehicle, it is recommended to utilize rideshare services like Uber or Lyft.

A minimum stay of three nights is required for all room reservations. Your booking must include the nights of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the event weekend. Reservations that do not cover all three required nights will be canceled.

Check-in for the event begins on Friday at 4:00 PM, and check-out is scheduled for Monday at 11:00 AM. For those needing a later departure, late check-outs can be arranged directly through the hotel following your check-in.
